The hotel is nestled in the heart of nature, offering a perfect balance of luxury and eco-conscious living. The beautifully designed bungalows blend seamlessly with the lush surroundings, providing an intimate and tranquil escape from the busier parts of Tulum. The service was impeccable—every member of the staff was incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely dedicated to making our stay special. They were always ready with recommendations and went above and beyond to ensure comfort and relaxation. One of the highlights was the Temazcal experience—will 100% recommend it! The food was another standout, with fresh, delicious, and locally sourced ingredients that made every meal a delight. Offering amazing views of the Caribbean Sea, Palmaïa – The House of AïA is a luxury all-inclusive resort that features large outdoor pools, a wonderful spa and beauty center, 5 à la carte restaurants... I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! The food and drinks were exceptional – every meal was a culinary delight, and I appreciated the variety of vegan options available. It was so refreshing to see such attention to diverse dietary preferences. Amazing staff. The beach was stunning – beautifully maintained, clean, and perfect for relaxing or enjoying a peaceful stroll. The hotel itself is gorgeous, with a well-thought-out design and immaculate upkeep that made our stay even more enjoyable. While everything about the hotel exceeded my expectations, I would not recommend the spa services. I booked a manicure with gel polish, but unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. Spa staff damaged my nails, which was frustrating. However, this is not the hotel’s fault. I left the hotel feeling incredibly satisfied and can’t wait to return. It’s a place I would highly recommend to anyone seeking excellent service, delicious food, and a stunning location!

Absolutely everything about this resort is incredible!! We were celebrating our honeymoon and it was magical spending our time in secrets Akumal. Everything is done to perfection and that’s all thanks to the amazing staff they have. We loved seeing the entertainment team everyday and getting involved in all of their activities. Max, jonas, Abraham and Gina were amazing ❤️ The food and drinks in the resort were such high quality. We loved the pizza by the pool and also loved the grill for dinner! We snorkelled with the turtles which I’d highly recommend! Amazing experience! Thank you to all the staff for making our stay so incredibly enjoyable. We didn’t stop smiling the entire trip and we have memories forever!

Everything !!!!! My butlers Janet and Aldo are the absolute best !! The food , service, location, excursions, staff etc. I could go on and on. 10/10 recommend!

The JOIA Paraíso by Iberostar is set in Playa del Carmen and has water sports facilities and a tennis court. A hot tub and a car rental service are available for guests. The property is stunning! And all of the staff I met were so welcoming and helpful, in particular Karolina, Ana and Alberto.
