This hotel is spacious, offering 5 single beds for our family. The room was large enough to open all 5 of our luggage bags without feeling cramped. While the hotel is simple and not very modern, it provides good quality amenities. It's great for a 2-night stay. The location is convenient, near Susukino but not in the noisy area. We walked to Sapporo Station using the underground pathway. Overall, it's good value for money.

The hotel is located in the "busy district" Susukino (where all the bars, clubs, parties are), very close to Susukino Metro station and right at a tram station. The breakfast was _amazing_, lots of variations (Sashimi, grilled fish and meat), Japanese seaweed, European deserts etc. etc. Worth the price! Rooms are very spatious for Japanese standards
