I am very happy with the staff. There was a construction right next door and yet, I didn't hear any disturbing noise... That's impressive! It was a small room (this is normal in Japan) but it was enough for me and I felt very comfortable. Great location, very close to two stations. The bus stop for Osaka castle is less than 5 minutes away. Same bus that takes to Tennōji shrine.

Even though Osaka is a vibrant city, I'm glad we chose to stay in a quiet area.
