My stay at Sargsyan Eco House was outstanding! The new ascetic decor was beautifully serene, and the homemade breakfast was a delicious highlight. For all the unsettledness of Sevan, the hotel is just a sample of order. Well-trained and friendly staff, excellent cuisine, clean and comfortable room (only cold floor). The pool is warm and unforgettable in the evening illumination. The hotel is just relaxing after the mountains of Armenia!

We liked the apartment and the amazing view from it. The owner communicated the instructions to get there without any further necessity for additional clarifications. If the cost was lower we would stay more.

We stayed on the 5th floor 5/2 apartment. Fabulous and unobstructed views of the lake from our TWIN balconies. Apartment was neat and clean and GOR (the receptionist) was always ready to cure any niggles that would crop up (like adjusting the geyser temperature) We were skeptical of the compound restaurant but the place was extremely cosy with a live bonfire INSIDE.....food was reasonable (better restaurants like Bohem Tea house in Sevan city center) All in all - ticked all the boxes and made our stay memorable
