Rooms were spacious and clean, location is perfect (few minutes from main train station, less than 10 minutes walk to the lake, up a slight hill so no issues with noise), owner was very friendly and helpful. The entire area was beautiful - pictures do not do it justice!!!

This was our second time staying at Ferienwohnungen Zollner, just for one night, and once again everything was perfect. The accommodation is spotless, the staff is friendly and welcoming, the breakfast is excellent, and the location in Villach is lovely and peaceful. We were very impressed and truly enjoyed our short stay. It's a great place whether you're planning a longer holiday or just passing through on your way to Italy. We warmly recommend it and will keep a wonderful memory of our time here.

Location was perfect, right next to the cabelcar, walking distance. Our apartment was really clean, and staff was great too! With your stay you get a free S bahn ticket so you can make a short train trip to Villach, train station is also few minutes walking distance. They also have a small area right next to the lake, with sauna. Really nice place for short vacation!

Really nice room, perfectly clean and cozy. The bathroom was really nice too. I appreciated the pre-cooled water in the fridge, thank you! 🙂 We only stayed for 1 night and then continued with our travel and the room was perfect for this purpose. The location was also calm/quiet and close to many restaurants in the city center.

The landscape and the location were wonderful and very quiet, perfect for relaxation. The gym is fully equipped. The host is very polite, friendly, and open to help anytime you request it.
