The apartment is very comfortable with everything you may need for a digital nomad stay - great Wi-Fi, laundry, kitchen, comfy bed and couch. The location is great - short walk from restaurants, food trucks, shops and the promenade by the lake with the fantastic views of the volcanos. Only 2km from downtown. Evelyn is very friendly and available for any questions and on site support. Highly recommend.

Could walk to town and bus stop easily. 24 hour security. Washing machines available. The apartment is great. Well stocked with everything you need and extras provided also. Clean and comfortable. Highly recommend

This apart hotel was a nice surprise. The best location in Puerto Montt, close to 3 or 4 good restaurants, close to the statues and close to the costanera. The room was huge for a couple with a beauiful view on the Ocean. Everything was clean and cozy. There is a kitchen and even a closet. The building itself looks a bit art decó, but not sure. In fact, an old, beautiful building in the heart of the city. I recommend it!
