Everything was perfect and would recommend for everybody. Good location (tram, underground and centre also within 5mins walk). Young helpful and nice staff. The apattment looks exactly as on the photos. Modern, comfortable and clean. The food in the partner hotel was amazing delicious. We enjoyed the time there and gonna come back again.

We've stayed in many apartment hotels in different countries but this one is something that stands alone with pride in our heart. What can I say about it? Well, in one word just "FABULOUS". Everything about the hotel is beyound the expectations. The location is the best as it's just right next to the Charles bridge with buzzing surroundings, bars-cafes, supermarket & shops. The apartment itself is fully equipped with all the necessities of daily life including a shared laundry facility on every floor and the whole apartment is spotless clean and very spacious. The best of all is the very amiable, modest and helpful receptionist who was able to answer every quarry we asked in proper and simplest manner. If we come to Prague (btw, this was our second time) again, we'll try to find apartment in this hotel. Thank you very much for a great experience in Prague.

The apartment was a great pleasure to spend time in. It was in a building that dated back many hundreds of years, which made it a really unique place to stay. The apartment itself was, of course, renovated and had all the comforts you would expect, yet you felt when you passed into the building that you were entering medieval times. There was really no end of marvels!

No regrets, one of the best decision ever made, and we recommend Vinohradsky dum to all the traveller, if you want to stay in a place where every tourist attractions are pretty close by walk. And as well Our stay here was wonderful. It was very close and walkable to our must-see sites and all attractions . The hosts, at the reception, were so friendly and helpful.” And we were so tired after our flight ✈️ and we reached at morning around 10 am but the reception lady was very helpful and understand us and without even asking she provided us an early check in, which was incredible. Very happy with her exceptional service and where she showed an empathy and provided us with an early checkin. Thank you very much for everything. We liked the location and easy to tram or walk from apartment to the entire city. Great coffee shop to eat at and lots of other restaurants nearby. The hop on hop off bus is also nearby. 5min walk to the Vlatava River. Great great location with lots of attention to detail.
