The apartment is magnificent. Spacious bedrooms with wide beds and a large bathroom. In the living room, there’s a comfortable sofa, a dining table, and a big TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need. The location is excellent, especially for those visiting the town for the first time for a couple of days. On the way to the famous pier or the beach, you can admire the beautiful architecture. There’s a wonderful restaurant on the ground floor of the building, offering fast, friendly service and a wide selection of dishes. **Important:** Towels and bed linen are provided upon request for an additional fee. I didn’t notice this detail when booking and only saw the note later in the booking confirmation email: “Please note that bed linen and towels are not included in the price. You can rent them at the property or bring your own.” I received an email reply from the administration explaining that each set of bed linen and a towel costs 5 euros. A little later, a staff member brought the linen to our apartment.

The location is great, very close to the beach, many options for restaurants and cafés, with easy access to public transportation and under 30 min from the Bf. The location, away from the main street, means it is more discreet and quiet than others. The apartment is quite nice, not too big and very comfortable. The elevator is very welcome after carrying luggage or for people with less mobility. We got a card for the entire stay that entitled us to free transport within the region of Binz and to access to the toilet and shower facilities around the beach and promenade. The staff is very kind, patience an easygoing.
