We enjoyed our stay and would love to come back. The staff is friendly and helpful, the Palacio itself is beautiful and its courtyard is a great place for breakfast. We were within walking distance of everything we wanted to visit in Sevilla and 15 minutes away from the main bus station from which we took the bus to the airport.

Excellent location, next to shops and restaurants with a public parking is a few minutes walk away. Very efficient che k in procedure. Brand new studio tastefully furnished, very clean with quality appliances. Very comfy bed, good quality linens. Excellent rain shower. Very helpful and polite staff. All in all very good value for the price. Highly recommended.

We arrived at the hotel and found that it was self-check-in. We were a little worried at first, but when we opened the door, all our worries were gone. The lobby is very charming and cool, and we can take the elevator directly to the upper floor. The hotel doors are all password locks, which are very smart. The room is very clean and the facilities are super complete. My friend and I are very satisfied. All the facilities are complete, practical and new. The hotel is close to the city center, but not noisy. This satisfactory experience made me write these feelings naturally. I also fell in love with Seville because of this.

    So much to like about this aparthotel - clean, centrally located, peaceful, good food. The staff are excellent and Christina, the Guest Experience Manger is dedicated and helpful. The apartments are well laid out and the beds are very comfortable. All in all a great place to stay. A short walk from the Royal Alcazar (a must) and too many restaurants in the vicinity to count.
