The staff is very very gentel and helpful and friendly. Thank you Miriam and Koné. Very very helpful even in the night by telephone and in site - we had a few cases. Very clean, good bed linen. There is an enormous Carrefour, shops, restaurants near by.

The property was everything we could have wanted, great location with plenty of restaurants and close to the Metro. Our room was clean and the staff were fantastic. We arrived early and were able to leave our luggage in the office and when we returned our bags had been moved to our room for us. Oliva was awesome and very welcoming.

The studio apartment was in a central and vibrant location, right above one of the best restaurants in the heart of Montmartre. I loved that the place was sparkling clean, had high quality furnishings and it was very well-equipped. There were small thoughtful touches of conveniences that i appreciated very much - Nespresso coffee machine with coffee capsules topped up daily, travel adapter provided, bedroom slippers, full set of luxury toiletries, very soft and fluffy towels, little kitchenette with glasses, cutlery and wine opener. The room totally exceeded my expectations and I had a very comfortable stay here. It was the best out of my entire trip in Paris and Italy.

Amazing service given to us by Karim at the reception,from checking in, welcoming us, travel tips for Paris, all through out the stay upto when we departed with our luggage, Karim was very helpful, the rooms were exceptionally clean and spacious, we were with our toddler and had an amazing stay, we were given complimentary breakfast bitings with pastries juices coffee tea which was lovely, Near to all excursions locations arc de triumph also walking distance to the Eiffel tower ,many cafes and restaurants,shops, nearby. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Paris.

Modern aparthotel tucked away in a new suburb of Ivry. Secure underground parking. Supermarket close by. Restaurant choices are very close or just a short walk away. Good size room and all clean and tidy. Good choice at breakfast. In room facilities mean that for a longer stay you are not reliant on restaurants. Fast wifi.

Excellent public traffic connection: Apartment hotel is a 8 Min Walk from Metro staton Porte Choisy, in front of Hotel 30 seconds walk is a tram station. Very cleaned hotel . Vending machines, little small gymnastic room. Rooms - over the average size in Paris, Breakfast buffet , On top : the whole reception is very friendly and speaks english - outstanding great is the "asian looking male receptionist - he has such a great welcoming, positivie energy and is very very helpful and friendly" ,

The location was really good, bus stop right in front of the aparthotel, walking distance from train and metro station. 15 minutes walking from a shopping center, and many restaurants around to have food.

* 24/7 reception * staff are friendly * near to the bus stops / train stations * grocery shops & restaurants are just outside the aparthotel * the room had a bathtub & kitchen * not in the city center but still accessible by public transportation (around 30 mins, by bus then train)

I didn't take the breakfast..at 15 euros( price of breakfast)I can buy a lot for 2 delicious breakfast at the local bakery and grocery..I saw what their " buffet" looked like and wasn't very impressed..the "plus" in that aparthotel: 24h/ security,rather calm ,friendly staff ,especially the cleaning staff who work VERY HARD,the bathroom is spacious..close to transit: bus..RER Station is 5 mn walk..Paris Metro is 5 mn with nearby bus..groceries nearby..

It was economical for an apartment hotel. The room and bathroom were comfortable and the kitchenette was sufficient for having breakfast in room. We were sufficiently happy with our stay until the fiasco with the deposit (see below).
