The apartment was excellent—clean, well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay, and easy to access without keys. The staff were extremely helpful and responded quickly to any inquiries. Additionally, the location was perfect, close to the train station, markets, and the University.

This was the best hotel I stayed at price wise and just in general. The room was clean, warm, it had all the necessities such is hair dryer, microwave, fridge, water kettle, tv, WiFi, ac, and even a toaster!

The location is fantastic - right on the picturesque harbour area and a short walk to the centre of Deauville, the beach and Trouville. We were so impressed by the facilities within the complex too. The pool area is brilliant, as are the gym facilities. We loved having air conditioning as the week of our stay was very warm! This was our first Summer holiday abroad with our baby daughter and we appreciated that you could request a travel cot, high chair, etc if needed, and lift access was handy with using pram. Deauville itself is gorgeous and very picturesque and we loved the restaurants just outside the hotel on the harbour. We didn't have too much time to explore Trouville but it is only a short walk across the river and is a lot livelier than Deauville. Also - a couple of excellent bakeries and Carrefour Express within easy walking distance!
