What an amazing apartment! The service was fantastic, the decor, the fittings, the furnishings, the little extras combined to make this the most delightful experience. On arrival, a gift package of refreshments was waiting for me (I won’t spoil the surprise, but it was a very pleasant one). During the week, I needed to do some laundry and when I asked for recommendations, I was told that they would do it for me. Not only was my laundry washed and dried, it was returned to me within a few hours. No five star hotel that I have ever stayed in offers that level of service! Outside the room is a Nespresso machine, plus milk and juice and tea and little biscuits, all available 24/7. There is a meeting room with audio/visual capabilities which I assume can be booked if desired. The decor is modern and simple and sleek, the tv has all streaming services installed, so all that was needed was to log in and I was able to watch as if I was at home. The internet is fast and consistent. The location is close to supermarket, shops, restaurants, coffee shops and a big gym with a reasonably-priced day pass.

Extremely clean and well appointed, great facilities, very spacious, including the bedroom. There was everything you need, including a small dining table next to the kitchen and sofa. There was even enough room for storage and luggage for a longer stay. The bedding was very comfortable and everything was perfectly clean. The staff on reception were exceptionally friendly and helpful. We had a room with a great view of Leeds town hall.
