the room is nice and has a fascinating view. we watched the rise of the sunset, and the Kasbek mountain was starting right at us. The shower is great: hot water starts immediately in contrast to Tbilisi 😄 the house in general is cozy and clean. the host is immensely hospitable.

Had a staycation for 15 days here. I booked a studio apartment, lovely and cozy, have everything you require, kitchenette, with all required utensils, fridge, washing machine, microwave, dining table, couch, tv, decent WiFi connection, and a beautiful balcony, with an amazing view of the mountain, The host Tamara was very cooperative asking me how I am doing over Whatsapp or if I need anything, and also send me links of nearby eateries. My stay was good, and I would definitely recommend this place to all, it is a safe place for any solo traveller or family.

We absolutely loved the vibrant atmosphere of the apartment and its excellent location. The space is quite spacious, even for three people. We are especially grateful to the hosts for allowing us to stay with our dog. The host is very kind and responsive, always available to help! Highly recommend this place and would love to come back!

We absolutely loved our stay at Skio. The staff was amazing, helpful and friendly. Everyone spoke perfect english so it was easy to communicate and they were always available to answer any questions. The room was nice and spacious with a balcony with mountain view. The room was very nice and clean and very hot and comfortable to spend time in after all day on the slopes. The bed was really comfortable and the duvet thick and comfortable. Shower hot , clean and nice. The hotel was only a short walk to the ski lift which was amazing. We loved the ambience in the hotel and the restaurant was cozy, clean and the food was exceptional. Fresh and tasty with good ingredients. We are vegetarians and ate both breakfast and dinner with big joy! The restaurant staff was polite, professionel and friendly. We will, without hesitation, stay at Skio when we visit Gudauri again and we reccommend everyone to stay as well! Thank you for a lovely and professional experience.

We had a fantastic experience with my family. The apartment was clean and comfortable. Ski lifts are within walking distance, and a delicious restaurant, ski rentals, and the ski depot are also in the same building. The apartment is large, and every room has a TV. There are two fully equipped kitchens, and the beds are very comfy. We will go again, and I plan to go with my family this weekend, in fact. Thank you for such hospitality.

This the the best place you can book your stay at new Gudauri! Top location just on the side of the ski slops, supermarket and amazing restaurant in the same building! Appartment is perfectly heated, all amenities available in the kitchen and in the bathroom! Interior is beautiful with balcony facing the mountain and the lifts and ski slops! Beautiful apartment! I just want to thank the owner for accommodating and helping us. <3 The apartment is tidy, warm, and kitchen is well equipped (utensils, stove, kettle, microwave). Plus its near to restaurants, cafe, SPAR supermarket, and a 2-3 minutes away from the ski area. We can't wait to be back here next season! :)
