The host was very hospitable and kind from the very beginning of our stay at Peter’s Place. The room was spacious and clean with all necessary amenities. Everything requested (e.g. beach towels) was provided. The location is excellent (close to the old town, Lindos, Faliraki and all the nice beaches like Tsampika). Before checking out, the host provided us with some gifts (local honey and drink) and told us that we could check out later than the predetermined time so that the checkout time would better align with our flight. Overall, we felt very welcome at Peter’s Place and the host made us feel valued, rather than just being solely interested in taking our money.

I find this hotel very good. The room was good, the bed ist so comfortable. We had everyday cleaning, we got a fresh towels and the lady cleaned very well. The pool is just perfect and the cleaned every day in the morning. I recommend this hotel.

Lovely location, close to the sea and a beautiful view of the sunrise. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. Daily housekeeping and proper attention to requests or questions. The breakfast was always delicious with plenty of options to choose from, including vegetarian and vegan options.

We stayed here two weeks in August 2023. It really was a great vacation! The room is value for money, clean and comfortable. The view from the balcony, privacy, everything was above all praise. A special theme is the restaurant, delicious food, well-prepared dishes. We ordered paradise salad, pork chop, dorada fish, everything was excellent and quickly cooked and served, white house wine with a touch of nutmeg, was really a bomb :) The waitress girls are quick and kind. Owner Stefanos does everything to make your stay memorable only from the best side! I took my SUP board with me, and the kind beach keeper suggested me a safe place to store it. Many thanks from us and greetings to the whole paradise team from Latvia! Strictly recommended! The proper beach is just around the corner (rock) :)

    This hotel-apartment was really clean. We spent a great time here. Swimming pool, biliard, table tenis. After check out we could stay at hotel at the reception and wait for the taxi. The staff was also really nice and helpful. They cleaned our room every day. 10 minutes front the centre. The prices for snacks and drinks in hotel were also great. 3* hotel but the service were 5* :)

    Fantastic beachfront accommodation in Kathara Bay. Our room was large comfortable, super clean, and we had the added option of self-catering. Lovely balcony to sit outside and to dry our beach gear/washing. The 24 hour reception staff were so helpful. Elpida has a pool, offers breakfast (full/continental) as well as an all day bar that serves coffee, juices, snacks & wine. Very easy walking distance to Faliraki Bay & Mandomata beach. Highly recommended.

    I liked everything there but especially daily cleanings of the appartment, the staff and the owner of the aparthotel. All of them were very friendly and attentive to the clients. Having a supermarket in the same building is also very handy.
