The staff were friendly, and check-in was quick and easy. All the facilities were top-notch. The sauna, pool, and gym were fantastic, and there were many seating areas all over. The beauty salon and hairdresser were also great to have on the premises. The apartment was clean, nicely decorated, and spacious and had everything we needed.

It was clean, safe and extremely comfortable ! I was delighted the shower had pressure as every place we stayed at while driving around Italy felt very claustrophobic which is understandable but I was so happy with Bes Residence, oh and not to mention the balcony, it was fab just sitting outside in the evening taking in the fresh air. The location is also perfect close to the airport and walking distance to some great restaurants or shops

Very friendly and helpful Staff, nice accomondation, the room was very clean and the bed comfy. Close to upper Old Town, 10 mins walking. 5mins walking from the residence is a bus stop straight to the airport.

It was actually great, it looked modern, we loved that you had the tram and bus station super close, a supermarket, it was clean, it had a little kitchen with everything you would need!! The staff answered any questions we had during our stay, really good experience!
