The residence is located in quiet street. The rooms are spacious. The kitchen very well equipped for a small cooking - even a small oven is provided. The biggest advantage is the spacious balcony with a sea view. There is also a private parking inside. The reception lady was very kind and supportive when we asked her anything. The beach is in the vicinity - just 5 minutes down the street by walk. The city centre is also reacheable by foot. In the city there is a train station with direct IC trains to Genova.

Super clean, very comfortable and great location. Walking distance to shops restaurants and the beach. It also has onsite parking.

Such a beautiful apartment, well appointed with a fabulous view of the sea and surrounding area. it was spotless and truly a pleasure to stay in. The little terrace with dining area is a big plus. Walking distance to shop, restaurants, bars and the boardwalk 👍

The location was very central. Although there were lots of events going on at a walking distance, there wasn’t any noise. Parking places were abundant.

Perfect location middle of the city, many cafes & restaurantes nearby. Nice interior and good equipped apartment.

When we first got to our accommodation, I must admit it seemed very basic and a little smaller than I expected for a room for four people. Although everything was clean, the kitchenette was quite old. We knew beforehand that it didn't have air conditioning but we didn't realise how necessary it was in that area with high temperatures. However, our hosts made up for everything. They were fantastic throughout our stay, very friendly and helpful. The location is wonderful, with a beach just 30 seconds' walk away. It's a stony beach, but if you walk down the promenade for 5 minutes, you get to the sandy beaches within the town of Bussana with options to hire an umbrella and 2 sunbeds for 18-30€ per day, depending on which of the private beach areas you choose, or bring your own umbrella or go without, and use the public part of the same beach. The premises has a ping-pong table, a TV room, and a barbecue area. Some of the rooms in the resort seem to have been refurbished more recently, so it might be worth asking that when you're making your booking. One thing they don't advertise is that the barbecue area has an access gate to the cycle path called Pista Ciclabile della Riviera dei Fiori that stretches 30 kilometers along the coast from Ospedaletti to San Lorenzo al Mare. and you can Rent bikes in the town and cycle all the way into San Remo 30 mins away or Ospedaletti 1 hour away, if you're feeling energetic.
