We enjoyed sitting on our huge balcony in the mornings and evenings with sea and pool view. Basic kitchen equipment available. Very nice owner. We definitely recommend, esp the appartements on the fiirst floor! Pool area nice and clean. Good location to visit the different beaches at Capo V. (by car).

We came without any prior research of the property, just in last minute decision... and first day was cultural shock :), but at the end of the day we like it so much, because of the quietness of the property, stunning sunsets, beachfront, the storey of the plot, with the highest part being about 60 meters above sea level where was our apartment situated. Also there are a shuttle who moves you up or down if you are not relay on your legs :) - The apartment was well conditioned and dries the air, cause the humidity outside was extremely high :) - The beds was comfy - The parking lot was near to the flat - There was two swimming pools, one on our level with SPA and one with salt water on the sea level. - The bar and the restaurant prepares typical Italian cuisines - At the end, but not last, the staff was so friendly and polite

Comfortable, clean, very well equipped (big balcony, wasch machine, microwave, coffee machine, etc.). Comfortable bed, two types (hard/soft) of pillows. Close to the beach (up to ten minutes), close to town (up to ten minutes). Safe area. Very nice personell. Three supermarkets, cafe and fantastic takeaway pizza not more than three minutes of walk. I have especially appreciated that this is not an artificial touristy place, you are there together with local people. I will come back soon.
