This was such an amazing stay! The apartment was fitted with everything we needed! I had a race on the Saturday morning so this accommodation was perfect & allowed me to relax & be ready! The host (Fulvia) was super super friendly! They gave us contacts for a driver & pointed us in the direction of local points of interest! The house was super clean & no smells, stains or issues to complain about!

The location was perfect, in an interesting neighbourhood, easily connected by public transport. On sundays, there ia a pop-up vintage market on the street right outside of the door. It was very lively and vibrant, so you might wake up from the noise, but we actually did not mind it.

the location is great, 5-10 minutes walk to the train, metro or bus station. The drive to the center is 15-30 minutes. The neighborhood is not fancy, but there are grocery stores, restaurants and ice cream shops nearby. The apartment itself is in the annex in the street behind the reception. Newly decorated, it is clean and has everything you need.

Babuino 79 is located in a 16th-century building in Rome's Spagna quarter. It offers self-catering accommodation, some with views of nearby Via Margutta.

The location is incredibly convenient, especially for a first time visitor. You can access many of Rome's incredible sights in under 30 minutes of strolling. Via del Babuino itself is full of shops, and the Spagna metro station is 5 minutes away. The surrounding streets are full of restaurants, and the Carrefour Express is always available in a pinch. The staff was very friendly and accomodating -- Lucky, especially, with whom we dealt with more frequently both when arranging the stay and during it. We also had very pleasant interactions with Nadia and Alessandro. The apartment is super comfortable. The main bedroom, on the upper floor, was spacious, and my son also enjoyed having his own room. Both beds were very nice to sleep on. The kitchen, while small, was furnished daily with new coffee capsules and water by the cleaning staff. They were, by the way, invaluable to our pleasant experience: when we returned to the apartment after a long day of walking, it always smelled incredible from them working their magic.

I simply have no words to describe how amazing this apartment was! It’s the best place I’ve ever stayed in. The photos don’t do it justice — in reality, it’s even better. This is not a private apartment, but professionally managed by a company, and you can really feel it in every detail. Everything is thoughtfully arranged and well taken care of. The appliances in the apartment are modern and high quality. The bedding, pillows, and blankets were incredibly comfortable — I slept like a dream. The air conditioning worked perfectly, everything was quiet and cozy — I honestly have no words for how great this choice turned out to be. There was a beautiful view of the street from the window. The apartment had absolutely everything one could need — and more. The washing machine was located on the ground floor, and even there, everything was provided: detergent, soap, towels, toilet paper, trash bags. It was a wonderful surprise. There are three grocery stores nearby, and getting to the city center is easy. You can book a taxi online through the company, and all communication was smooth and fast — they responded quickly and helpfully. If I could give a rating higher than the maximum — I absolutely would! I recommend this place to everyone — truly, to everyone!

Absolutely beautiful accommodation with top-notch fittings. The warm heated floors in the beautiful bathroom were a real plus during winter. Breakfast was delightful. Excellent location very near to Trevi fountain. We walked to all the sites that we wanted to visit, together with a young child in tow.
