I consider this place as a real treat for a stay in Genova. The district seems to be unique on the city map, and I am happy that there was a chance for me to discover it. I also do not think there would be such comfortable parking policy in other hotel or b&b anywhere near. The apartment itself is very clean, quite and comfortable. The design is nice and you can tell that someone has taken an extra mile to make it this way. You are free to cook something and use coffee machine, as there is small, but fully equipped kitchen available for you. The location seems also to be perfect, as you can leave the car in the yard and take long walks in every possible direction to know Genova better, as well as take public transportation, whatever you prefer - everything is close. Genova Brignole station is also just few minutes of a walk. Claudio is easily accessible via WhatsApp for any kind of questions and guidance. I highly reccomend his place for your stay!

Everything was just perfect. Usually we stay in the Grand Hotel in Arenzano, but this time we were travelling with 3rd person and we wanted to have a bigger apartment. There is an underground parking space, which is super convenient. The place is spacious and clean, and super comfortable. Terrace with a view is just a cherry on top. Highly recommended!
