It’s a spacious room while the sleeping couch is in a separate room allowing for a lot of space as a family. You can dry bathing suits on a laundry rack on the balcony. The pool is great for kids as it has a lot of shallow water. The breakfast was amazing and plentiful with lots of fresh fruit and delicious baked goods. Only 5 min walking distance to a small pebble beach full of locals. Good location for all kinds of trips in the area

Nice territory with table to sit outside. Host is nice, but leaves you to operate completely independently, which is very good. All the kitchen utensils and even beach umbrella available. Nice base to explore Siracuse and nearby beaches, if you are travelling by car.

Great location “a due passi” the main Street. Everything you need and comfortable. Hosts were exceptional. Parking in street right by the door, off the main road. Excellent.

Very quiet and nice place! 4 apartments! No noise from neighbours or roads. Clean and new facilities, with very good value for money. We rented 2 bikes from our lovely host Salvadore, he fixed child seat and helmets for us! The kitchen got what’s needed! Salvadore was very helpfull and kind with WhatsApp, both before and during our stay! The place is a short walk from the city with a lot of fine restaurants, and the beach nearby is also wonderful. We was 6 hours late because of delayed flight and that was no problem! We definitely will recommend this place!

Small but efficient, very clean, everything works, a lot of parking. 100 m from long sandy Beach, Even closer to excellent seafood restaurant. Salvatore is an excellent host, ask him for advice. In the second half of September it is very quiet at night. Great veranda to have breakfasts. Highly recommend.
