We got also very good recommendations for restaurants.

Our stay at Federico’s apartments was excellent. The place is beautifully designed, elegantly furnished, and exceptionally clean. Everything we needed was provided, which made our stay very comfortable. Mr. Federico and his family were wonderful hosts – ready to help and making sure that we had everything we needed. We especially appreciated the personal attention and the warm atmosphere they created during our stay. We were first time in San Stefano and surprised with the beauty of the village. Ettore gave us hints for the trip. We had interesting conversation. Apartment was very clean, nicely furnished. Breakfast was excellent. We loved home made yoghurt.

Everything. The apartment was just lovely, clean, well equipped. The view from the balcony was breathtaking. The owner helped me so much as I had brought the wrong phone charger with me, and he drove 45mins to bring me a new one, it was so appreciated, and very kind, because I don't know how my holiday would have continued without it, as there are no electrical shops near. Thankyou again.

A beautiful restored palazzo with an excellent restaurant serving “zero mile” local cuisine with produce sourced from neighbouring farms. Really excellent value for both the meal and room. Santo Stefano is one of the most picturesque villages in Abruzzi with walking trails in the National Park on your doorstep. Staff are warm and efficient.
