The apartment itself was new and great, however during the check-in the host was not very welcoming initially and even wanted to charge extra 4 euro which was already included in the price.

Stayed one night in a studio at first floor, the studio is renovated, nice and clean with plenty of space, aircon in the room, nice little kitchen, there was 2 bottles of water in the fridge which I appreciate, the hotel is very central at walking distance from everything. Alessio was very helpful when I arrived showing me everything I needed to know and gave me some tips about local restaurants.

Set in the centre of Aprica, Residence Biancaneve is just 150 metres from the Magnolta ski lift. It offers indoor and outdoor play areas.

Olivia is so nice And the property and the stay reflects how much pride she has in what she and her family put into making people happy nothing is too much trouble then a bonus. The connection with tennis and the property is also a cool thing as we brits love tennis just under my balcony was the tennis court where a mixture of young kids and all age groups were being coached by what looks like a very professional tennis coach. I will definitely return. After all that I nearly forget to mention the room had everything I needed it was very clean plenty of hot water in the shower and complementary drinks in the fridge that after after 22hr drive was very welcome Thank Olivia 👍

I liked the king size bed and small distance from skibus and a store. The kitchen as fully equipped and everything was clean and nice.
