first of all it had elevator. rooms are tidy nice and roomy. we were five people in two rooma two couple and another friend in the sofabed at the living room. we arrived by boat and landed at canal entry of the hotel that was amazing experince. the staff at the receptions were very friendly. toilets are very nicely done. i will highly recommend

It was a hosting experience far beyond my expectations. Very high standard of construction and decoration. Everything new and impeccable. Very spacious and finely decorated apartment. New and large bathrooms. New, high quality sheets and towels. To make our stay even better, Paola provided us with highly personalized and professional service. We stayed for three nights and absolutely loved it! The location couldn’t be better, just a few steps away from St. Mark’s Square, yet the apartment was remarkably quiet. The place is brand new, spacious, and beautifully furnished, with very comfortable beds. The staff were attentive and genuinely friendly, making us feel very welcome. There’s no breakfast included, but that wasn’t an issue at all, there are so many amazing cafés and restaurants nearby. It’s actually a great way to start the day and get to know Venice in the morning atmosphere. We couldn’t have chosen a better accommodation in Venice—highly recommended!
