The hotel exceeded our expectations. What we liked the most was the cleanliness of the hotel, the neatness of the garden, the pool and its surroundings. The rooms are nice, the staff is friendly and the location is good, for walking access to the city. We visited many beautiful beaches nearby by car. I recommend.

We stayed in a 3 bedroom villa, quirky layout with lots of steps. Large outside area. Plenty of space for 5 of us, Villa could sleep 8 but the 4th room is separated from main living area with a curtain. Villa was exceptionally clean, kitchen well equipped including washing up liquid and sponge. Whole resort is well maintained. plenty of space and different areas, including shade. We arrived early and left late and each time we had use of facilities and a courtesy room. Beach umbrella/sunbeds allocated on arrival and kept for duration of stay. Beach good size and not overcrowded. Location great, private resort with a handy shop 5 minutes away on the main road by the bus stops and another hotel with restaurant and takeaway pizza. Summer minibus (EUR2 each journey) which runs every hour and goes to other beaches and in to town of Villasimius. Staff are very friendly and efficient with a very hard working entertainments team including Anna for Aquafit, Alecs the evening singer at the pool bar and Eduardo in charge of the teen club. The miniclub sounded as if they were having fun but our children are way too old for that! The resort is a lovely size, holidaymakers from many destinations, very relaxing and enjoyable.

White sandy beaches lie just 400 metres from Residence Fenicia, which provides a heated outdoor pool and free WiFi throughout. Villasimius is 1 km away.

A wonderful place right by the coast, delicious breakfast, swimming pool, transfer on request to the hotel's private beautiful beach, we liked it very much. I highly recommend.

A 5-minute walk from the sandy beach of Simius, Le Bouganville offers an outdoor swimming pool surrounded by palm trees and Mediterranean plants. All accommodation offers air conditioning.

Very friendly and helpful staff, crystal clear pool with lifeguard and plenty of sunbeds and bar. Three charcoals grills for barbecue. COOP and Eurospin next to Residence. Fully equipped kitchen including microoven and classic oven. Even washing machine. Towels and bed linen included . Good coffee in cafe with friendly staff.
