We had an amazing experience staying this property (Diani Luxe). Docus was incredibly kind, helpful, and made sure everything went smoothly from check in to check out. She helped us get directions, talk to the tuktuk guys, get groceries, helped us book our tickets, she’s such an amazing lady. The property was clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The attention to detail really stood out. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing environment. Noisy staff from early in the morning until about 10 am then peaceful for the rest of the day.Breakfast was dreadful . Manager and cleaning staff were very nice and friendly. The hotel is a long walk from anywhere… some motorbikes didn’t know where it is. Go to Mtwapa beach if you stay here…. It’s lovely
