Fantastic spacious apartment. Perfect for our needs. We were basing ourselves there and going out on trips and traveling every day. It had everything we needed, kitchenette, oven, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, hairdryer, crockery and cutlery, clean linen, towels, soap and TV. The app is a fantastic addition, the key on your phone is extremely handy and you don't need to worry about carrying key cards around with you. There is also the option to get additional keys on check in if you are staying with people and they will need a key as well. Check in and out was so easy. Having information about our room on the app before we even arrived was amazing and so reassuring. There is a spar shop next door which is large and has everything you could ask for. I recommend buying food for breakfast and eating in the apartment. It saves lots of money as restaurants can be expensive but equally the apartment has everything you will require as well to make meals. Most importantly the service was impeccable. Anything we needed we popped them an email and they were super quick at replying and actioning all requests. Staying in an apartment like this, I didn't expect this level of service but it was fantastic. They were were attentive to all of our needs. Location was perfect. Tromso is a small city so very walkable and this apartment was in the centre and 10 min walk to most restaurants, tour collection points and shops. I would completely recommend anyone staying in Tromso to stay here.

We absolutely loved our stay at Arctic Apartment. The space was not only cozy and beautifully designed, but it was also incredibly clean and well-stocked with everything I needed. The location was perfect — close to the city which made it so convenient for exploring. We even saw the Northern Light outside our house. The host was very responsive & understanding. The kindness of the receptionnist who welcome us for check-in. We arrive in the morning to let our luggage at the reception until the check-in on the afternoon, but the receptionnist gave us the key of the apartment when we arrive because it was already ready. The location of the hotel, and the quiet room.

TotalApartments was an excellent choice for our stay. The location was perfect—just a short walk from the city center, making it easy to explore all the main attractions.
