You can't always expect good service or food in hotels in Nepal, but HOTEL11 provided a service quality that exceeded my expectations. They responded to my small requests, brought food to my room via room service, and provided all the services you would expect in a luxury hotel, so I was very satisfied.

The Daali Hotel staff were extremely helpful and made our stay very easy and comfortable. The hotel location is fantastic - just in the center of Kathmandu.
