It was clean and rather quiet. Very nice people at the reception! Plus for gym!

The hotel is beautiful and we felt very peaceful there. For breakfast it is possible to choose turkey or cheese sandwich, something sweet (e.g. croissant), and fresh fruit or yoghurt with muesli. We will definitely go back there!

Great breakfast, you can take a tray to your room. Spaces in the actual breakfast room are limited. Parking 3 minutes away. Location is in the middle of the new harbour city. Still an easy 15 minute walk into the old city and 8 minute walk to the seaside.

The staff is very friendly, you feel at home all the amenities is available, the location is near to everything you need.

We recently stayed at the Fenix Inn in Lund for the midsummer holiday and had an absolutely fantastic experience! As four families reserving five rooms, we found the hotel incredibly convenient and accommodating. The host, Scarlet, was extremely hospitable and kind, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. She went above and beyond to ensure our rooms were close to each other, attending to all our needs throughout our stay. This family-run business is perfect for families with kids, providing a welcoming atmosphere that made our stay enjoyable. Despite the hotel’s location near a country road with some traffic, it didn’t bother us at all. The building houses some spare car dealers and a car workshop on the ground level, but our rooms were on the second floor, and we experienced no noise issues. Our timing was convenient as those shops were closed during our stay. One major plus was the free parking available at the hotel, which made our stay even more convenient. While there was no breakfast provided, the amenities were superb, particularly the shared kitchens. One kitchen was extremely spacious and fully equipped with everything needed to prepare meals, including breakfast. A special touch that stood out was when we mistakenly thought the checkout time was at 12:00 PM, only to find out it was actually at 11:00 AM. We scrambled to get ready, but Scarlet was incredibly understanding and reassured us that it was okay, despite the mix-up being our fault. She was never rude and maintained her welcoming demeanor, which we greatly appreciated. Overall, Fenix Inn is a fantastic place to stay for families, especially during holiday seasons when other businesses are typically closed. We highly recommend this hotel to others and extend our heartfelt thanks to Scarlet for her exceptional hospitality. Thank you, Fenix Inn, for a memorable stay! We will definitely be back.
