I love the washing machine and dryer. Self-check-in also is not difficult.

Some rooms are equipped with a fully equipped kitchenette with a dishwasher, a microwave and a fridge. The units are equipped with heating facilities. We stayed only one night. The room was clean and spacious. Checkin was smooth and contactless. Unfortunately there was no parking on the premises which caused a bit of inconvenience since we had to park in a parking house not too close to the hotel. The hotel cafe was closed at the time when we were there but we had an amazing breakfast that they organised at a nearby cafe.

Communication prior to arrival was easy with the hotel - they responded to my questions quickly and gave useful information. Regrettably due to a vis maior situation on my arrival day I finally could not get to the hotel and needed to cancel my booking - even if it was beyond the free cancellation period the hotel staff was very understandable and refunded the room rate to me. If I can reorganize my trip to Graz later on, I'll definitely book my stay in this place again.
