Beautifully situated on a south hillside of Pirin mountain, the hotel has lovely park zones, unique architecture and SPA center with thermal water from own spring. Free WiFi is provided throughout the property. The pool was fantastic, the hot tub was nice, the 3 different spa's we're also incredible. It was very clean, modern, and orderly. We we're shocked at the size of the rooms, they we're huge! Big for even western standards which is great! The mini-fridge was stocked really well, the staff was really nice. The spa was great, definitely take advantage!

At the aparthotel, all units have bed linen and towels. The staff was fantastic, the place was really great for all of us 2 adults and 3 years old and 5 years old kids. The pool was perfect size for them, there was a kids room where they played a bit as well. We had dinner which was really good, a little choice and everything was made with quality and was extremely delicious. Breakfast was also on a really high level. You can pick what you want to take for breakfast and everything we picked was amazingly delicious.

The breakfast was amazing, really tasty and on time every morning. The place is pet friendly, and I felt really supported with my small dog.
