Richard was AMAZING. The other reviews talked about how great he was but I didn't realize just how wonderful this man is until we checked in and he spent 30 minutes of his time making sure we were well informed and just chatting about the area. My partners $400 ski jacket was left behind by accident and Richard offered to mail it to me as soon as I reached out and asked. I paid for the postage of course but he went out of his way to go to the post office and spend time shipping it off.

Το 22 Summits Apartments βρίσκεται σε μια ήσυχη τοποθεσία στην πλαγιά ενός λόφου, 4 λεπτά με τα πόδια από το κέντρο του Zermatt και τους σιδηροδρομικούς σταθμούς Matterhorn. The first impression of 22 Summits Apartments was amazing, we got a very warm welcome and were followed to our apartment which was a little away from the reception. All our many questions were answered in the most politeful and helpful way, which made us feel at home right away. The Apartment was absolutely fantastic with 2 big rooms with good space for our clothes and travelstuff, a nice well equiped kitchen and a cozy living room. The bathroom was excellent - very nice and convenient with the drawer for our toiletries (4 persons need some space). The balcony was wonderful with a great view over the valley, river and mountains. We, my daughter and me, also enjoyed the Spa very much - it was my 6 year old daughters best experience in Zermatt 😅 In addition, the breakfast was excellent with enough variety to satisfy our quite different preferences, including glutenfree bread and müsli. Finally, the location was really great - a little outside the center of Zermatt (8-10 min from the railway station), which was quite relaxing. The location is also very close to the lift up to the Matterhorn Glacier Paradise.

The studio is nicely furnished, well located and spotless clean. All needed equipment is available and the "welcome" items were most appreciated. Highly recommend the place for a quiet and relaxing stay.

The view every morning looking out the valley. The cold mountain air and nature itself. The ground floor was adequate for 4 people. Kitchen had all the equipment needed with a fridge/freezer, induction hub/oven, microwave. The bathroom had very good water pressure and unlimited hot water. Property has a television, satellite receiver and bluetooth sound system with quality speakers. Bathroom fixtures were of good quality, plenty of charging points. The communication with the host was very good as well. We had use of a washing machine as well. Countless hiking opportunities everywhere you look and close to Zermatt, Grindelwald and Kandersteg, all within an hour drive from the property.

This new apartment in Zermatt was exceptional, from the moment we arrived until the moment we left. On arrival, the host met us at the apartment. It was a lovely modern twist apartment, with your luxury elements. It had a spacious balcony with a view of the Matterhorn and each morning breakfast arrived at your chosen time, which was amazing and freshly made to order. The host was exceptionally great and lovely, anything we needed or recommendations we asked for, was great help. Highly recommended stay for Zermatt, only a 5min walk to train station/town and great location for skiing.
