The staff went above and beyond, with Nik welcoming us warmly despite our late arrival and even upgrading our room to make our stay more enjoyable. The cleaning staff maintained a spotless room every day, and the dining staff, especially Claire, added a personalized touch to each breakfast, asking us what we’d like fresh each morning. Small thoughtful gestures, like preparing food for our early checkout or returning my lost battery bank, made the experience unforgettable. The room was spacious and well-equipped with a comfortable bed, a large sofa, and even multiple pillow options to suit all preferences. The balcony was a standout feature, providing a beautiful and relaxing view. The hotel’s location also felt convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions. Overall, the hospitality and attention to detail created a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
