The nearest airport is Karlovy Vary International Airport, 6 km from the property. We loved the place. It was clean, the location is great, there is a parking space for each apartment. It is really close to the Saunia SPA which is open to the public. There are great recommendations in a folder prepared by the owner - we took the advise and went to “U Tomašu” and it was delicious on a very good prices. The beds were comfy, we used the washing machine and it was good, there is always hot water and the apartment was very warm. The second night we had an issue with the parking spot, as some idiot had parked there, even thought it says that it is reserved for the apartments, so we called the landlord he came and let us use his spot. Overall we were more than happy to be there.

It felt very homely and Františkovy Lázně offers a great base to explore the surrounding area. Check in was easy, we were provided with all the information needed and having access to a washing machine was an added bonus. Our favourite part, however, was our own little balcony and terrace for guests on the first floor, which even had a little play area for children.

Amazing villa, newly refurbished in style and with hugh quality. Excellent location, especially that there is also a shop nearby. I appreciated a lot having bins for recycling: quite a rarety in accommodation places. The offer of a beer and lemonade from a local producer was another nice element.

The apartment itself was immaculate, beautifully furnished, and had everything I could possibly need for a comfortable stay. Very clean, call and quiet, good indoor swimming pool (super clean) perfect for our daughters and nice wellness area for adults only (quiet and zen). Indoor playground and book-corner were perfect. Best family hotel we stayed in so far!
