The surrounding area had some nice coffee shops and a supermarket (all in close walking distance). The area feels safe and residential, you can also walk to the beachside in about 20 mins. The small studio had all you needed for a short stay; including pots, pans, cutlery, salt + pepper and cooking oil. So we could prepare small meals. The bathroom has shampoo/conditioner/body wash and a hair dryer. TV with Netflix and Coffee/Tea making facilities. Access to the building and the apartment is by a code that they send you in advance. We couldn't get the code to work on our apartment door and we called the help number who picked up immediately and fixed the issue instantly.

Yes, there was many building renovations happening near, but we hear nothing. Staff was super nice and helpful, service was fast.
