The neighborhood is super safe - the studios are in front of a central avenue at Nice (even though there’s always someone out, it’s not noisy at all at night). It was full of restaurants and local commerce. Worth to mention is almost next to the trains station, which was very convenient for a daytrip. At Nice, you can find everything you need (especially tourist-wise) at a 15 min walk tops from the studio. The place itself is clean, very resourceful (we found everything we needed at the kitchen) and well taken care of. The bathroom is modern and functional. Rachel and the guardienne were always prepared to talk to us and help if needed. We were able to leave our bags there after the checkout, before we left to the airport. Would definitely recommend and come back.

My favorite place to be, cozy and fancy at the same time - Maison Lamartine is where you are a guest, not a client. Spacious, smart and very comfortable, rooms really worth it. If you have opportunity - take the one with a view 😍, the only thing that can compete it is generous breakfast in the garden. People who work here will bring you a good vision on southern French hospitality and make you feel home. I’ve been to dozens of hotels this year and no one impressed me like that.
