Location perfect,go left 300yrd your in the centre with all shops restaurants and pubs, and go straight on 300yrd and you’ll be on a lovely peaceful walk with hills trees and water, either with family or your dog it’s (perfect) fixtures/fittings all high standard, settee’s, dining chairs, beds/pillows and duvet’s all very comfortable.

Excellent location, easy 20 minute walk into Ambleside or 5 minutes to the pier at Waterhead. Big thumbs up for free laundry facilities. Super clean room and very comfy bed. Very friendly staff. We wanted a self catering hotel room and this fit the bill perfectly.

Everything. Spacious, everything worked. Great little kitchen in the room for self catering. Nice, big bathroom with lovely heated towel rail. Quality bedding, comfy mattress. Immaculate, well maintained building. Free car parking. Walk to high street.
