This is the best apartment in all Tbilisi We enjoyed our stay very much. We took 2 rooms in the apartment and they were perfect. It's so perfectly clean and new apartment.Very beautifully designed. It's located in a very good place. Close to all attractions and restaurants and historic sites. The view from the balcony is amazing. It's is equipped with all you need - beautiful bathroom; very nice kitchen;closets ; laundry room and dishwasher. You really feel there like at home. The beds and cushions are very cosy . The host Eteri and her helper Marina are the best.They cared to provide us anything we needed. They cleaned the house every day and changed towels . Like in 5 Star hotels. The walls and the windows are very thick so you feel privacy and no noise from outside. It's a very beautiful place and it's not expensive. Very highly recommend for your stay in Tbilisi Thanks to dear wonderful Eteri for making our stay so perfect. We are waiting to come again soon 😄

This apt hotel has everything you need; everything works. The kitchen is compact and convenient. The room is cleaned twice/week, including changing the linens and towels. The receptionist is always helpful and pleasant. If she is not here she will answer your message promptly. Location is good. We stayed 20 days and will stay for 7 more. We are in Tbilisi for personal reasons.

We had a hard time searching for the place at first because the driver dropped us at the highway side. Good thing, there's like an alleyway going up to the other side of the area and we were able to find the apartment as soon as we found the SPAR convenience store. If you will be going here, the easiest point for bolt will be the American Hospital Tbilisi as it is only steps away from the apartment. Everything is clean, there is also a kitchen. We were able to cook breakfast everyday. The convenience store is just downstairs so no need to worry if you get hungry. We had a very comfortable stay. It's value for money. It is also walking distance to the center where you could find many restaurants, massage places, and money changers that are open for 24 hours. The owner also replies very fast if you have questions. I will surely recommend this place to my friends if they visit Georgia.
