You hear about Greek hospitality and meet the kindest people in this country but this hotel’s management goes above and beyond to make you feel at home… We were traveling as two couples and arrived tired in the late afternoon. We were greeted with warmth and much helpful information about where to eat and walk. We were also provided detailed information about where to park (and not park). Most importantly, shortly after we left the hotel for a new city, we were promptly notified that I had left a sweater behind…without hesitation, the hotel management found the post office closest to our hotel in Athens and sent it there immediately, providing all the details so I could get it back! This is ABOVE AND BEYOND service and I am so thankful to the kind people who run Patras Casale for their thoughtfulness and stellar communication. What a breeze!
