The apartment was perfect – they even gave us a free upgrade. While it didn’t have a sea view, it overlooked the mountains and olive groves, which was beautiful. The hosts were very kind and welcoming. It’s highly recommended to stay at least one night so you can enjoy the beach early in the morning, before the crowds arrive.

Aphrodite Beach Hotel is located on the sandy beach of Mavros Molos in Kissamos. It features a swimming pool, umbrellas and sunbeds on the beach and offers free WiFi throughout.

Aphrodite, the owner, is really nice and very efficient and helpful. Breakfast is great, with a large variety of dishes, fruits, vegetables, and desserts. The rooms are nice and spacious with great shower. The location for beach lovers couldn't be better - right on the beach. It's about 10-15 minutes walk to the village center, but there are tavernas, mini market , supermarket etc, just next door

The location could not be better - it is literally a short flight of steps to get to the beach. The terrace has a fabulous view. The apartment itself feels brand new, and the owners have thought about everything, from a Bluetooth speaker to a sewing kit. The bedding and towels had the feel of a 5 star hotel, and everything about this apartment - apart from the very reasonable price - feels like 5 star luxury. I only stayed three nights, but would happily have stayed three weeks. An absolutely lovely stay, at a great price. I cannot recommend it highly enough.

Great kind hosts, super clean & fully equipped kitchen in a brand new building with high end building materials. Spacious room and huge balcony was a big plus. It will be an awesome place for a long term stay. Comfortable bed. Convenient location to explore north west and west sides of Crete.

The room was very big and nicely furnished, best bed we had on Crete. The pool is great and breakfast left nothing to be desired. Overall it's a nice area, not too many tourists and the hosts are lovely. Thank you!

We spent 4 days in this beautiful apartment in Chania and what can I say? Everything has been incredible! We have felt right at home! First of all, I want to talk about the property, which looks exactly like the photos. It is modern, clean, very spacious, and has an amazing terrace! Having parking included is a lifesaver in a city where it seems almost impossible to find! In addition, it is located in a strategic area, just a 10-minute walk from the center and only a couple of blocks away from multiple cafés/bakeries and the shopping district. I also want to mention that the apartment was very well soundproofed (we only heard some construction noise on the last day, but that was external) and something that was very difficult for us to find in the many accommodations we stayed at during this trip: total darkness in the bedroom thanks to the shutters. I loved the thoughtful detail of being welcomed with local wine, fruit, and snacks. That clearly shows the dedication and importance they give to each guest. Above all, I want to mention the excellent reception we had from Kostas 1, who gave us the best recommendations of our trip, both for places to visit and for food. We followed everything to the letter, and I can confirm it is well worth taking the time to talk to him! On the other hand, Kostas 2 was always there to attend to our needs with a smile and excellent attitude, and I must mention that he solved the most important one: the lack of an umbrella. He provided us with one that we could use until the very last day, which was extremely valuable. Not to mention the flexibility on our last day, when we were able to check out later and he also offered to let us leave the car a few extra hours if we needed. I also want to highlight the excellent cleaning team, because we saw them working and they really take their time to leave everything spotless. On top of that, they were both incredibly kind and sweet!
