They respond quickly and like to help. I requested a fan, and they happily accommodated that. This made the stay so comfortable and overshadowed any minor inconveniences. The room was pristine, and the kitchen was well-equipped. The two armchairs were comfy. The cooling system is water-circulation-based and not a traditional one. It can cool down to 22-23°C on a 32°C day, and with a fan it is fine (for me). But if you need a cooler room, then you may need to consider that.
