Excellent communication with the staff, both online and in person. Really helpful, and very kind. We felt so welcomed, like at home. We were happy to discover that bikes are available (with baby chairs !!) , so we used them a lot to see around (stunning cycling paths along the beach). The location couldn't be better! Loved the proximity of local commerce and a good restaurant. Kitchen well equipped (new dish sponge, dish soap, nice pans, etc), an the terrasse is huge! Lovely play area for children at the property :)

The Residence Lungomare is located in a prime central position, just steps away from the sea and the stunning promenade, and only a few minutes from the Riccione Conference Center.

The property was in a great position just a few minutes walk to the beach, supermarket and restaurants. The accommodation is perfect for a couple and it was great being able to sit on the balcony for lunch or dinner. The oven didn’t work so Stefano brought a free standing oven grill to plug in, it was much appreciated. All the staff were lovely, helpful and always available if needed. I would rebook if I went back to the area.
