Featuring a garden and views of garden, Palazzo Ricciardi Residence is a recently renovated aparthotel located in Lecce, 1.4 km from Piazza Mazzini. There is a private entrance at the aparthotel for the convenience of those who stay. The aparthotel provides rooms with air conditioning, available on site private parking and an electric vehicle charging station. The host, Cesare was very welcoming. Lovely authentic Apulian restaurant located next door, run by his family. The rooms were fabulous, spacious tastefully decorated in a modern style but sympathetic to the architecture of the magnificent historical building.

Each unit comes with a terrace offering city views, a flat-screen TV, a well-fitted kitchenette and a private bathroom with bidet, a hair dryer and free toiletries. A stovetop and kitchenware are also provided, as well as a coffee machine and a kettle. At the aparthotel, all units are fitted with bed linen and towels. I have nothing but the highest praise for this apartment! It’s located right in the old town, right next to the oldest place of worship in Otranto – San Pietro. The apartment itself isn’t very big, but that is more than made up for by the incredible rooftop terrace with amazing views. From the terrace, you can see everything important in the town — the churches, the sea, and the lively city atmosphere. The apartment has the best shower corner we experienced throughout our entire trip. The hostess was extremely helpful and kind. This is an excellent, if not the best, place to stay for a longer visit. I warmly recommend it! Thank you, it was hard to leave — see you again!!

Amazing property and location. Lots of little extras such as wine,milk, water, chocolate and fruit in the fridge. Coffee, tea etc provided. The bath was unreal. You could stay in the apartment all weekend it was so nice. Hosts were very helpful and contactable. Nothing was a problem. The photos don't show how luxurious the property actually is. Beds were really comfortable too. I would highly recommend this property.

We loved the garden and outside space as well, perfect for relaxing, with olive trees and flowers everywhere. The owner is great, very welcoming and helpful with everything. I absolutely recommend this place!

Residence Sunbeam is a recently renovated aparthotel in Leporano Marina, where guests can makes the most of its outdoor swimming pool, open-air bath and free bikes. The pool, the sport fields and their opening hours were unique, it was a heaven for the kids. There are beautiful beaches in a few kilometers (1 of them is in walking distance). The staff is incredible, very nice and helpful.

The owner provided bikes, which were super helpful. Both the owner and his son, Emanuele, were extremely kind, flexible, and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommended for a perfect holiday in Salento!
