The nearest beach club with sun loungers and umbrellas is 15 minutes' away on foot. The location is just perfect just a few steps from a beautiful sea view, close to restaurants and bars. The port area is only 10 minutes away. The room was very spacious and comfortable and the staff very helpful and friendly.

All within a couple of blocks of the town of Carini where we had a delicious lunch at La Carlo's and pizza for dinner.

Boasting a garden, xenia apartments & suite is a recently renovated aparthotel situated in a historic building in the centre of Siracusa, close to Cala Rossa Beach. There is a private entrance at the aparthotel for the convenience of those who stay. The accommodation features beauty services, free WiFi throughout the property and family rooms. This was a lovely apartment, in a quiet area of Ortigia but also only 1 minute from the sea. The apartment was extremely clean and well thought out, design and appliance wise. The rooms were spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. It was in a great location, 5 minutes' walk to restaurants and the shopping streets but also very quiet. The sea was 50m away and it was lovely walking along the promenade in the early morning. Lidia and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast, though a small choice, was perfectly adequate and it was lovely siting outside in the courtyard having your coffee in the morning. Ortigia itself, is a lovely town with some great restaurants, upmarket shops and lots of history. I highly recommend Xenia Apartments and Suites and would definitely stay there again.

Sea view was wonderful with just 2 minutes walk to beach with so many restaurants

The property is new, excently furbished and clean. Our trip was a family trip, including a disabled person and the location offers all suitable solutions. One of the main value of FORTALEZA CHARME HOUSE is Francesco, owner of the property, who provided an excellent aid before, during and after our stay.
