An ideal hotel to stay in Bolzano. Everything was perfect, from the room to the breakfast to the reception. The reception staff, Chiara, Maraj, and Gudrun, were very helpful. I would like to thank them very much for their wonderful and elegant treatment. Also, the staff member, Emanuele, gave us an explanation of Bolzano. The hotel has a wonderful atmosphere. Parking is easy and was explained to me via email. The price per day was 22 euros using the hotel card. I recommend this place and will visit again in the future.

From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Aurélie and her family, who run the place with genuine care and attention. We regularly saw them at Kuntinos – the lovely café on the ground floor serving delicious light dishes (breakfast, lunch, snacks) and drinks. The whole family made us feel right at home. The apartments are spacious, modern, and spotlessly clean – serviced daily with great care. The entire infrastructure is sleek and contemporary, offering a very comfortable and enjoyable experience. Residence Diana offers a very good location in Merano, near Schloss Trauttmansdorff, only a 10-minute walk from the city centre and 5 minutes by car to the cable car Bergstation Seilbahn Meran 2000.

The studio was perfectly clean and with a lovely balcony. Overall ambiance was very relaxing and the hosts welcoming and always available to help us. We particularly appreciated the location. It is in a nice area just slightly out of the old town center, which can be easily reached either by a beautiful walk along the river or by bus (bus stop within 2 min walk). Merano 2000 mountain top can be reached within 10 min by the same bus. There are also a supermarket and a playground within 5 min walk.
