Location is fantastic, it offers you parking if you need which is included in your stay. The flat was spacious,it had well equipped kitchen,spacious living and eating area,nice size bedroom, it had huge balcony facing the backyard of the building. We stayed 2 nights in room on second floor. I guess it was room 201. We did all of the Florence activities on foot. The flat is only about 15-20 minutes from the center. Having the opportunity to park your car there and cover everything by walking was a huge plus for us. You've several grocery stores 10-15 minutes from the flat,fantastic La Farina pizzeria in the same building located on street level. Very friendly staff to help and explain you everythin.you need to know.. Our receptionist Laura ? was very nice and friendly,so was the guy in reception next day I guess his name was Vitalij. We strongly recommend this place if you're in Florence for more then a day and want to have all the comfort of not a hotel room but the whole apartment with all the amenities

Brightly coloured and spacious, the apartments here are air conditioned and soundproofed. Each one offers a balcony, kitchenette and bathroom with a hairdryer and free toiletries. You cand find everything you need in the apartament, big, clean, on a quiet street, 2 minutes from the tram station, 5 minutes from a big supermarket.The ladies from the reception were always helpful, very careful with their clients needs.

Apartments, studios and suites at the Santa Cecilia come with a marble bathroom and a fully equipped kitchenette. Most have a balcony or patio with sea views. Wired internet is free. Usually don't leave reviews, but I make an exception. This place combines best of both worlds, hotel and apartment. As a family we stayed in an apartment, but we had all the luxury of a hotel, still having a fully equipped kitchen in the apartment with a really large living and balcony. Pool is just perfect 30C water 130cm deep and opened 24/7. Staff spoke good English and breakfast was also okay.

Apartments have all been completely renovated. Guests will find a flat-screen TV, free WiFi, a dishwasher and tea/coffee maker. Most apartments offer a view of the cathedral. It was like we were back home! This is not our first time staying at this cozy aparthotel. The charm of Florence, the historic building and the view from the window of the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore have delighted us all these days. Comfortable shower, large towels. The hotel has a wonderful and convenient location, impeccable cleanliness, cozy apartments. This time the music program in the cafe downstairs strictly ended at 11. pm. It's good that we listened and the situation was corrected. 16.3. P.S. Dear Sarah, thank you again for your attention and wishes. We asked your colleague about the 8th of March vase, but we were told that it was impossible. It is good that there is an electric kettle in the apartment, but unfortunately there are no cups for tea. Coffee cups are not very convenient (especially since the cups in the apartment have very uncomfortable handles). We understand that for Italy and coffee culture, cups are standard, but two large cups or mugs will please your clients, I assure you. ;) We drank coffee in a cafe.
