The owner is one of the kindest people i have met. She was warm and welcoming. It is quite rare these days to have this personal/communal feeling in facilities. It is clear that she cares about the people who stay at her facility. The location is great. The bus stop is 5 min by foot and you have direct buses to Kyoto station. It's great value. You can always ask the host if you need anything extra for your stay.
