This hotel is located on strategic place - if you want to visit various tourist attractions nearby (Hoota cave, Balcony Walk, Bahla). Great receptionist, large apartment with comfy beds, washing machine was a big plus as we got dirty clothes after our walks.

I was booked at the Orient Hotel Apartments but ended up staying at the other building owned by the same man, Mohammed. It’s called Al Diyar Hotel and it was amazing. So clean and well put together. Mohammed was the perfect host. He made sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. He invited me to breakfast and took me on a fabulous city tour. When I wanted to take a guided tour of Green Mountain and the surrounding area, Mohammed arranged my tour for a reasonable cost. The staff were great as well. Very helpful and accommodating. They even washed my rental car for me, twice! My entire stay couldn’t have been better and I highly recommend this accommodation for anyone visiting Nizwa. Even though I stayed at a different property, I’m sure the Orient Hotel Apartments are just as clean and well maintained.
