Sagres is a beautiful destination, far from the crowds of Lisbon and Porto. Casa Azul was the perfect place to stay — ideally located close to the town centre, with everything within walking distance. Our room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. We rented a scooter from a nearby shop (recommended by the Casa Azul staff) and used it to explore Sagres and the surrounding beaches. I highly recommend doing this — it’s reasonably priced and allows you to see much more of the stunning coastline.

Very nice, clean. Walking distance to historical center, train station, bus station, eating areas, groceries. Google street images have not been updated in a few years and the Faro Guest house did not show on the street photos. I was happily surprised to see that many buildings in the neighborhood had been upgraded and look much nicer. Staff was nice and helpful. we had wonderful stay.
