I was instantly greeted with a great smile from Sarah the host. What a remarkable service person. She showed me to my beautiful apartment. All the details in the apartment were great. Two towels, small towels, beach towels. I could clean my clothes, and I could go for a swim at the rooftop pool overlooking the beautiful ocean over Madeira. She immediately helped me with suggestions on what to do, and I could even rent a car and park it inside. It's safe and secure, with two gates on each side. She suggested restaurants, hiking, where to drink ponchas, etc. I was cared for there every day. If you want someone who cares about their guests, apartment Madeira is the place to be. They know the defintion of service. I will bring my girlfriend here next time.

We really appreciated the absolute cleanliness of the room, its convenient location, and the hosts’ attention to detail. The delicious welcome gift was a pleasant surprise. The room had everything we needed for a comfortable long-term stay. The surroundings were peaceful and quiet, which was also very important to us. The only aspects that could be improved are the quality of the bed linen (it felt quite synthetic to us) and the water supply.

Situated about a 20 min walk downhill to sea front and restaurants. Lovely views from terrace over harbour and town. Matheus was a dream host from the start. You could believe you were a guest in his own house. The whole place has been fabulously refurbished to a high standard. Impossible to fault. The main attraction though was breakfast.. Best start to a day ever. We will definitely be returning in the near future.

Το Pestana Casino Studios, το οποίο παρέχει καταλύματα σε απόσταση 700μ από το κέντρο του προορισμού Φουνσάλ, έχει εξωτερική πισίνα και βεράντα. - we had a great room at 6th Floor with amazing view from balcony!! - we loved to have the combination of using all the pools & comodities of the big Pestana Casino Hotel but at the Same time have a room in the smaller, quieter building - room was cleaned every day!! - public parking space was easily found nearby (cheaper than Casino Parking) - kitchen was very basic, but sufficient (no coffee machine, but we brought our own small Bialetti ;)) - old town is a little walk away, but there are a lot of nice Restaurants and Bars nearby; also close to port where you can Take the ferry to Porto Santo
