Communication with the booking staff was always fast and easy. We had a self check in and all info was provided to us prior to our arrival. Room was cosy and everything was provided for us. We loved the cosy kitchen corner by the window which allowed us to do simple cooking. We loved the coffee machine that was provided for us. Room and toilet were clean and wifi was strong. Do note that there is no lift in this building, however we were aware prior to booking. The Vila is located by the road, however, it was quiet and peaceful. It is around 10 to 15 mins walk to the Central area where the shopping streets and sights are all located and it was a nice walk. From the train station, we took a bus and it stops right in front of the Vila. We totally enjoyed our stay.

The aparthotel has family rooms as well as facilities for disabled guests. The apartment had everything one could think of. Lan has really given thought about things. We were travelling with a child and even though stayed only 3 nights- made a good use of the washing machine (there was plenty of washing detergent and possibility to dry the clothes, which is a HUGE plus for us).
